Today i will be running in the bupa manchester 10km run . I am running/fund raising on behalf of Christies . This is where my father and a close friend received treatment for cancer . I lost my father a few years ago to this killer disease and thought it was about time to do my bit for this great cause . I hope you can help to !!
Ive had great help and support along the way including good luck message , ie posted in fridays matchday programme(pg29)and on the scoreboard too , all the best to you all , thanks Bish

I got injured after 4k but managed to finish it in 1:04:48, which is annoying as I've been running quicker than that for months  Coincidentally does anyone know any good physios in Wigan? |
