Just a quick post to say that I've been impressed by almost everything I've heard from Hull this week. I've only been once and that was when I was little to the Boulevard. What came through was the underlying pride many of you have in your city. Hat's off to you.

Thanks for that. Hull has similar problems to any big city but seems to takes a kicking more than most.



There is plenty to be proud of though.

I watched Something for the weekend earleir and Tim Lovejoy was giving Hulll big wraps. He was up on Friday for a broadcast and used the train up and he went on about those as well, years since he has been on a rain. All backed up by Simon Rimmer, the scouse cook and it was all positive stuff about the city for a change.





Now you watch some halfwit go and score a home goal in the enxt week or two to undo it all.
