As you well know Frank , Charlie is one of the Napoli Carolis

normally most like Lasagne , but Charlie prefers the Northern delicacies

these days , and as you say Mrs Caroli being a Worsley Mesnes native Pie is one of the usual Menu treats at the Caroli house, though Chicken and Mushroom is not my favourite,im a Steak and Kidney man .
