Any honest fans will recognise that Les Catalans were badly understrength today. They were missing their star playmakers and several international forwards. In particular the injured players (3 Australian, 3 French) were:
Greg Bird
Thomas Bosc
Adam Mogg
Jason Ryles
Cyrille Gossard
Sebastien Raguin
Had the positions been reversed, and Hull KR were without Dobson, Cooke, Vella, and three other regulars, while Les Catalans were full strength, no doubt that the scoreline would have been ">reversed.'"
