That was last year's NRL Grand Final Manly against Melbourne. He obviously thought that it was going to be a replay of that match.



What he didn't take account of was the "never say die" attitude of the mostly English boys from Leeds.

If manly didn't slacken off in the last 20 it could've been by 40.

it is amusing to see the fans of the also rans in SL coming on to try and wind up fans of the champions. The reality is you would have all loved to have been SL champions and earned the right to be in tonights match. Your own clubs couldn't compete with Leeds so you will cling to someone elses coat tails... Pitiful really.

Manly should have won by more in the end, they were tonnes better than Leeds. Scoreline flattered Leeds however Manly looked very good.
