Before I start let me say this is a load of bollox and can never happen but WHAT IF (I know people on this site love those 2 words) Tony Smith decided to only play uncapped players in an England game could this send a club over the salary cap if it was on its maximum already. eg Pick 8 Quins players who the club never thought could get in the squad and they have to pay them more (like at Leeds) for internationals, thereby giving them a massive points deduction (unless its Wigan in which case they would get just enough points for it to make no difference). Helping His own club up the league through default.
Like I say it will never happen but in theory could it ?
