He played for Halifax in 96/97. We picked him up after the 95 world cup, first saw him play live at the Boulevard. He the Tongan Full Back in the Papua New Guinea/Tonga 95 world cup match. Ended up 28 all, it was a brutal match!

Cheers Bob , interesting to see 3 ex Leigh players in the Tonga side ,George Mann,Tau Liku ,and Lee Hansen , coincidence here ,Lee Hansen still lives in Leigh , my daughter went to a christening on Sunday and Lee did his speciality of a Tongan Hog Roast , she said it was very good . |
