Fantastic effort, only Monty never made double figures.
Hauritz ended with three wickets, if Swann and Monty bowl well they could clean up on this pitch. The ball was starting to keep low from the seamers aswell.

Short and wide will just get thumped by Hughes, stem the runs and let him get frustrated. Also if we keep bowling short then we are not allowing the ball to swing.

Haven't seen it, but could it be a case of being too pumped up after their batting exploits? As you say, hopefully a rest and a few words from the management team over lunch will help things out.

Some great batting from the tail to give England a score which at one point seemed a distant dream. Hopefully, we can get a few early wickets after lunch to put them under some decent pressure.
