Some of you may be already be aware, but next year Eastmoor Dragons are taking their Under 8s, 9s, 11s, and 13s to France to play in a festival. We’re raising funds to pay for every child and to help us Sportsrush have created a Magic Weekend prediction competition that is only £3 to enter.
1st prize - £100 cash 2nd prize - Bradford Bulls shirt donated and signed by Jy Hitchcox 3rd prize - Limited edition Red Star Belgrade shirt
All the money raised will go towards the trip. If you don't really want to enter but want to donate, please do and the computer will take your place and, if the computer actually wins anything we will donate it to the Eastmoor France fund.
But, if you do want to take part in the competition, all you need do after you have paid and entered is to choose what you think the scores of the 6 games will be during the Magic Weekend 25th & 26th May.
Feel free to ask any questions.
Thanks for reading.

Unlike a lottery where the outcome depends on chance, the outcome of a genuine prize competition must depend on the exercise of skill, knowledge, or judgment by the participant.
The element of skill, knowledge or judgment in a competition must prevent:
a significant proportion of people from taking part or (my emphasis) a significant proportion of people who do take part from receiving a prize.

Sounds like a prize competition, so whether or not they do my not be relevant to the original post

Sportsrush is owned by Paul McDermott, a former Wakefield Trinity player. I’ve asked him the question this afternoon, and he has been assured by Wakefield Council that he doesn’t need a lottery licence. However, because he is hoping to help more clubs with competitions like this in the future, he is actually in the process of obtaining just to give people the piece of mind. Hopefully this helps, and if you’ve any more questions just let me know.
We’re hoping to make it a once in lifetime trip for the kids, if any of you fancy giving it a go all the money will go towards the trip. Catalan Sports Tours and Rugby AM are running the festival we’ll be playing in.

Thanks again.
I hope you raise the money and the kids have a great time.
Thank you to everybody who has had a go. There’s still time if anyone wishes to get their predictions on. All proceeds go to our junior trip to France.
