guys changes are afoot. hope you can all make it back. there is a board rules and regs section similar to the AUP here that is currently being drafted.
the move is to make the board alot more open in views and opinions, i'm pushing for banning to only be available after agreement from at least 2 mods/admin. so no one person can ban you on the spot.
also the censored words list is being filled out to make instances like alex's impossible in the future. if he wishes to talk as was put above in the future he may and everyone else can tell him so.
