The only position that I have real reservations about is FB, maybe marshy will prove me wrong though. In Tim we trust!!!!!

I think we have a couple of youngsters who will do a job, for me it would be marsh to learn the game better before moving up to the half's. There is always Cockayne to fall back on at this level he will go OK. Yes a monster prop would be great.

As you are but Mulhern on the bench replacing the undersized Donaldson. Marsh is listed at fullback and in the backups. Assume it's a typo.

Sorry, yes it was a typo. I had Mulhearn in originally but took him out because I thought Donno had a better engine and would work harder than Mulhearn, bit of experience too!

Hope there's some truth to this!

If we sign that Hala then our pack is potentially better then last years, especially as we can play Blair in his preferred position.



I think we need another winger though, shaw/Oakes/wardill is pretty uninspiring Get a winger in and this big man and you've got to be happy with the make up of the squad, especially with cap space on it still.

Think you might get a shock with Oakes this year. I think last year was a year of growth for him but I saw him training last week and he looks a real prospect. The same goes to Jubb, that boy has some engine on him. I'm backing both of them to shine throughout the upcoming campaign.

does anyone know what the loan agreements for Abdul & Ellis is with regard to parent club recall?

My concern is if Huddersfield and or Hull find themselves in the middle 8's could we lose one our both our halfbacks at a very important time of the season.

If that is the case do we need to be signing suitable replacements before this could happen.

I believe their is no call back for the 2 players mentioned

Welham and chisholm from bradford ?

Are either better then what we have already? I wouldn't say they are

I think Heffernan is pretty versatile, so bringing Welham back could be a good move. I'd be slightly less clear on where Chisholm would fit in.

I'd be happy to be wrong,but imo chisholm would be an improvement on marsh wherever they played.

Salter won't be first choice I wouldn't of thought but they would be good for depth yes. Would they be surplus to requirements if promotion is achieved I would imagine so

On further thought I would receive welham with open arms if it kept Horne out of the centres!
