About us trying to balance the salary cap out so when can try and sign Tyrer and Michael Korkidas? any one heard these?

Has to be some one whos injury prone, or some one who is under performing. Varkulis, although he played well against bately. doran? not the player he was.

If we're talking injury prone then it would have to be Hartley, which would be unfortunate because we've hardly seen him play since he arrived. Toa Kohe Love would be another, you have to weigh up whether his skills outweigh the number of times he'll play this season...



Varkulis needs to play consistently in his preferred position before we can judge him i think. Doran needs to pull his socks up but I thought other than his ill discipline he had a fairly good game on Friday.



Do we really need 4 wingers?

Hartley is awful, Toa when fit is our best centre so it would be silly to get rid of him. Hartley is the rumour i heard.

Got to agree about Hartley, only 23 but in 2 years we've since nothing really from him except his exceptional conversion kicks.

Where would you like to see Varks play? For us, he played his best football when he was transferred to the 2nd row at the start of last season. He used to have just average performances in the centre, with occaisional stand out game, but this was turned around when he went into the 2nd row.

Doesnt do enough damage hitting the lines when hes in the second row. Crash ball centre maybe he has a chance of breaking the line. Showed great pace for a big guy against bately scoring the try he did.
