The defence which got torn apart on plenty of occasions tonight? It just became a given that when saints had the ball they scored. Which is odd. That's the most confusing part for me. One game we're awesome in D, the next, garbage. We missed Ellis, Omeley and Lynch tonight in defence.

Any team would miss those 3 and the others that are out to be fair but those 3 are all at the end of their careers with at least 1 and possibly 2 not coming back next year. We haven't got a forward that has presence and that can really intimidate a team and haven't had one for years. The younger forwards we have seem to get easily dominated the minute things start to go wrong. After half time we got a break and showed some real enthusiasm and scored about 3 plays later we dropped the ball , they got a 40/20 and it was game over. Heads went , body language was awful.
