Bad taste was Sandercocks insistence that losing a game of rugby was a tragedy in a week when a service man was murdered on the streets of his own country and that a town in the US got flattened by tornado.

Actually Sandercock [idid[/i call it a tragedy. Standee was being ironic about Sandercock's massive overreaction.

To be fair, Phil Clarke almost said the same thing as Standee in last nights post reactions. He said something along the lines of" today someone will have died due to human error, at least nobody died in this match"........or words to that effect.
