"Hull FC coach Peter Gentle has made just one change to his 19-man squad for Friday’s trip to Headingley to take on the in-form Leeds Rhinos.



The Black and Whites boss has called up youngster Chris Green to bolster his options in the Hull pack, with the 22-year-old prop or back row forward replacing teenage winger Reece Lyne in the squad.



With the second International Origin fixture taking place this evening, England winger Tom Briscoe and Exiles pick Willie Manu look set to play two games in the space of three days, while Liam Watts will be looking to build on a promising debut for the club in FC’s dramatic 28-24 victory over Huddersfield Giants last time out."

Interesting both Moa and Tickle in the squad, despite rumoured injuries

Well he named Houghton in the squad the other week when he was injured. Dunno what the reasoning behind it is.

Probably just mind games ie not giving Leeds an early chance to target someone in defence. Seems strange to bring in Green and not use it as an opportunity to announce 1 of the injuries though

I've heard nothing official about Moa. Hoping it's just rumour.



Despite Leeds' run of 3 wins, they're still there for the taking. They only just managed to squeeze past Wakefield. Anyone can beat Cas without Chase (as Widnes proved!). And London... well, hardly a scalp. Add to this the many players they'll have involved tonight and I don't see why we shouldn't beat them.

Why does following HullFC always have to be so stressful!? we finally get a win on Sunday and things start to look a bit brighter, then Moa and Tickle get injured. Briscoe and Manu play mid-week so will most likely be tired for Friday, and now we go and sign an over the hill Aussie 'never has-been' with a dubious off the field reputation.
