| Quote Hasbag="Hasbag"Fash made more metres this week than superstar Korbin Sims, off less carries aswell. 29 tackles to go with it, not a bad effort in comparison to Sims's 9 tackles.'"
Sims is atrocious.

| Quote Riderofthepalehorse="Riderofthepalehorse"Having watched Masimbaashe Matongo very early in his journey, I know why Radders may want him, I’ll agree he’s underperformed on his career with us so far, but he still only 25, his potential is massive, and just maybe this is one lad we should persevere with. He’s had a couple of set backs injury wise, and other issues.
I’d be inclined to invest a little longer in Massi, with Tag Big Chris, Liggi and Bowden, we can gradually introduce him, patiently in this one of the most demanding positions.'"
Matongo will be lucky to get a game in the championship.

| I honestly think unfortunately that Masi just isn’t going to make the grade. For me he’s just another Chris Green, has the size and physical attributes but just doesn’t have the aggression to go with it to run the ball in with purpose.
He’s had rotten luck with injuries but has also hardly played so sentiment aside as nice a guy as he is I wouldn’t be rushing to re sign him.

| Simms is like his brother Aston, looks the part, very passionate but very average. Rovers will be playing top dollar for him when the likes of King and Fash are playing better than him.

| Regarding the re signing of Jake after reading the article on the Hull FC website I would say whilst nothing is ever certain until announced. It does look very favourable that he will stay with him saying at the bottom of the article “Everyone is still learning and I want to keep heading in the right direction and I think I’m capable of that under a coach like Brett Hodgson.”

| He’s a freakish player for sure. Reynolds said he’s only seen Benji with more skills.
He’s a gamebreaker as well, which is sometimes the difference between winning and losing.
Now and again he’ll make an error, but that goes with the territory.
Our SM team seems to be featuring him heavily so I wonder if an announcement will be made soon?

| A knee injury and suspected broken jaw for Jake last night.
Not sure how long a broken jaw takes to recover from, I suspect that will be several (6+) weeks out of action for Jake now?
Wonder whether, like the FA, the RFL have an insurance policy that kicks in to cover a player’s wages if injured on representative duty?

Having watched the game back neither looked too serious. Connor himself seems to think he's OK. Hopefully good news in a day or two.
