Agree with all that Wilf,but we only seem to have one game plan so it's difficult to change. |

I’m trying to work out what the most difficult of circumstances are, Taking over from Radford? How is 5 drives and a kick a good game plan. The only time we opened Wigan and should have scored up was right at the end when the game was gone.

The 6th place team were comprehensively beaten by the 1st place team. The over reaction and desperation shown on here is laughable. |

We were going well up until Griffin's ridiculous antics, He made himself look a right idiot. If someone did that to Connor to goad him people would be up in arms.
Non of the 50/50's went our way unlike last week and the refereeing left a lot to desired but that isn't why we lost. The best team won on the night. The scoreline was hard to take, more so because we were really building into the game and looked the stronger of the teams up until that moment.
The second half ran away from us with no game management what so ever. how many times did the ball end up in the wrong persons hands on the last tackle resulting in a poor end to the set or panicked passing resulting in lost possession? We tried but it just wasn't happening. I'd have taken it a month ago though. Time to move on now with a total fresh set of ideas and ethics.

As for Lasty, he is not a head coach, he is not a leader of men. I've been saying for sometime the whole backroom old boys network needs a clear out. We need a fresh start, no idea who though.
Roll on 2021 and getting back to games home and away. Hope Toulouse come in too.

Any attack to the head is a penalty,whether it is 3 pats to the top of the head,a slap to the face or a punch,as a rovers fan who had backed hull last night,no doubt was griffins stupidity was the turning point, hull in front and on top,wigan clearly rattled and under pressure and griffin stops the momentum and they score.After that the wigan heads rose and hull sank.The score flattered wigan massively but griffin wasn't even subtle about it,lesson to be learnt,would have much preferred you to win,wigan are my pet hate.

The so called pandemic ended months ago, now we have a scamdemic. The same situation applied to all the other teams, Leeds won a Challenge Cup, handing Wigan thier backside on the way. Wigan won the league leaders shield, and are now in the GF. All Andy Last had to do was go from No2 to No.1, it’s not like a player suddenly having to take the role of coach, Last has been a coach quite a few years now. |
