Can't say he'd be my first choice but AP will likely have taken counsel from the likes of Motu, Fitz, contacts at West's etc. If he feels Hodgson is the best available candidate given all the relevant circumstances then I trust it will be a more informed decision than I could make.

Unfortunately this wont happen, he is a regularly starter and on two much money. He is the type of halfback we need just a bit of of our league. His brother would be a gamble and I'd doubt he would get a visa.

If we were to sign Nikorima, surely you would announce it at the same time as releasing the new shirt so as to maximise sales.

The club have been planning the JW tribute for a very long time, and quite rightly IMO have set aside the launch all around him. The shirt sells itself, it's that good. Any squad strengthening good news more likely to coincide with season passes I would imagine?
