Albert has been a fantastic signing for us, but when he decided he needs to go walk about, and take his kids and family home, that should be all we need to know.



You may be right about other clubs trying to tempt him to stay, but as great as he’s been, we’ve had the very best out of him, and if he does change his mind and stay with someone else, good luck to him.



With Albert and Gaz calling it a day, we have some really big boots to fill. Two absolute legends who Hull fans have had the privilege to watch. You can’t keep up with youth, and it’s there we must be looking.

Can't believe people think his shirt number has something to do with him wanting to leave, he wants to go back home, but maybe with no offers on the table from the NRL, he is having a re-think, if this is the case then we should be doing everything in our power to keep him. Would be really disappointing to see him play for another SL team and it would defiantly come back to haunt us.

Ultimately, if Albo doesn't want to be at FC and FC don't want to pay his wages then he leaves with my blessing, he is unfit and injury prone anyway.

I don't think he is unfit, he may look it, but look at his stats every game, he makes about 14 carries and 20 tackles a game.

He is unfit, he pulled up again, he has abused his body and is paying the price now. Anyone who says he is the best 6 in an FC shirt clearly doesn't remember previous 6's.

Depends how many 6s you remember really.

I think my first game was during the Hull Sharks era so he is definitely up there with the best I've seen.

I've only seen Richard Horne that was maybe better and I've been watching since 1988.



Getting injuries doesn't mean you are unfit, some of the fittest sportsmen get plenty of injuries.



On the pitch he looks fit and his stats back that up, apart from 2018, he has played the 20 plus games each season.

The late, great David Topliss would take some beating wonderful player, Horney our clubs superb local lad, and Albert take your choice out of those three you won’t go far wrong.

No wonder we’re always arguing, your just a whipper snapper.
