I'd have taken Eseh and Watts then made a play for Sam Stone given Salford's current situation (although I think he might be injured at the moment to be honest, just not sure how bad)

If Cartwright is fit he starts backrow, if not I'd play Ashworth there(not ideal), but not sure what else we can do, club don't think Jebson is good enough and Kirby not ready.It will probably be Fash. |

Im surprised but theres nothing to lose. Given the new protocols that players can only play so many games in a season.You would only need one injury and we would be struggling as it stood. |

I can't see this one working out well. Injuries and suspensions are an issue plus he's 34/35. I can't remember the last time I saw him have a good game. Hopefully he was cheap. We definitely should have looked for a 2nd rower with that quota spot though |
