Big statement to make for a player who has only played a few minutes in Super League v Lewis who has already made England Knights. FWIW, Hookem has already been told he isn't seen as a half back and is currently being trained for a hooking role. Unless the club is seriously short in the half back positions i don't think you will see him play that role again. |

All I said is that he has potential to be as good as Lewis, this has come from a few youth coaches who has seen both players at the same time of development.
I asked an academy coach about his position, he said he is a halfback, akrway been working with Gale and in the pre training press release they had him down as a halfback.
Would love to know where get you information from.
I bet he plays more games in the halfback position than at hooker next season. |
