The someone else is brought in and we're told 'its not his team so lets wait till next season'.
Change the facking coach when the season ends, that we he is given time to build a squad and have a full off season with his players!
As for Fergie, he had an idea how to run a football club where as Agar will never ever be a top number 1. |

Actually after reading Alex Fergusons autobiography he took over a squad that had a drinking culture and notoriously bad traininers! 
Success didnt come straight away either and in 1989 ws on the verge of the sack before an FA Cup run saved him. 
I am by no means comparing Richard Agar to Alex Ferguson BTW!  |

Coaches dont have to be available. For example Saints got Potter who was contracted to Catalans, Mcclennan was contracted in NZ, Morgan was contracted to Toulouse, Noble was contracted to Bradford, Tony Smith was contracted to the RFL, Walters at Catalans was contracted to Ipswich Jets in oz (Not that I would want him).
So what is the lure for these coaches?
Surely coaches can see the potential that our club possesses? |
