After a slow start Catalans have been on fire and are looking like they will push the top 4 close.

As I said previous to last weeks game Catalans are in with a shout of Old Trafford this season.

As alot of people said after or defeat, they are very well drilled, fast, strong and intelligent. We were lucky to still be in the game at half time, and i also predicted Catalans to beat them in my weekly predictions!

Big crowd there too. It's a good success in the area and I'm not saying this selfishly but don't other French sides need a weekly crack at Catalans now to make it spread further?

That is a good shout but I think that there currently isn't the money in the French league to make it feasible.

Been my second team since they came into SL. Glad to see them returning to the level they appeared to be before Walters took over.



Millard showed last Sunday what damage he could do when used properly. Unfortunately the negative tactics employed by Trinity never got the best out of him.

Millard scored two tries? always said he was a good centre should never have let him go

Don't think we had much choice but to let him go.



He was totally the wrong centre for us - we never used him properly and as a result, he looked ordinary most of the time. He's showing a bit more quality for Les Cats - fair play to him.

no shock Catalan are a good side

I remember matterson saying when we beat them that he was glad we were playing them early as they were going to be a very good side this year. Good attendance too.

that didn't take much spotting. the fact that they have always been slow starters would have given even him a hint of what would come later in the season. since they joined sl . they have always followed the same pattern. matterson is a plonk. not much of what he says interests me.
