I cant see Chase staying at Cas. No offence to Cas but he is far bigger than them and also i cant see him moving to Widnes because he is bigger than them too. Saints will be on the look out for a half back and also i hav heard a rumour that Danny McGuire is struggeling to come back from his knee injury so that would mean Leeds also are on the look out.

I'd agree. Also just because Danny spat the dummy out with us doesn't make him a bad player. He had some great games for us and offers a very varied game for a prop. He's had 16 months out of the game so this season is vital for him if he's to earn another contract either where he is or elsewhere.

When you're indispensable and at a smaller club, you don't have to alter your lifestyle provided that you keep coming up with the goods. Maybe that will appeal to Rangi more than winning stuff.

The problem with the vilification of Sculthorpe is that the full story of what happened has never been told to those outside the inner circle. I find it hard to believe that he behaved worse than any other player has. Good player, shame injuries meant we didnt't see the best of him.

Wasn't one of his problems with us that he tried to tell the full story to anyone who listened, which included the press whenever he was asked, and even his version involved breaching a club rule and not accepting the punishment? Oh yeah, and slagging the club. He showed a distinct lack of class in that episode, and I am going off what he has said, not rumours and hearsay.

He was once a good player. It's been too long now since he has been, however, and time isn't on his side.

Devil is in the detail its only up to the end of this season not for next year as yet.
