I live in Halifax and we have no cycle lanes in town, its very poor for cyclists . It doesn't help with the narrow roads in this part of Yorkshire

If we are looking for talentless presenters who have got a job for reasons other than actual ability then look at many of today's TV presenters. That tall guy with the white teeth, Rylance??? And he isn't even the worst. Unlike the GoCompare guy they don't achieve anything in most cases as viewing figures often plummet.
