Just to show how pathetic the ban was Marchy was sat waiting on Royd Ings Avenue yesterday after the game like a naughty schoolboy to be allowed into the stadium. Totally stupid, totally typical. How about if Marchy goes out of the ground and comes back as his twin brother!

| The funniest chant from some wag in the crowd was a pantomime "he's behind you!" when his head appeared over the fence. 
On a more serious note I would imagine that the RFL operating rules will say that "their decision is final" so unless his human rights have been breached or employment law it may be difficult. I'm not sure what happens under appeal and if it's done by an independent panel.
I would have thought that the RFL have no jurisdiction whatsoever outside an RL stadium.
It was suggested that we should all go to the televised Widnes game wearing Marchy face masks!!! |
