Was there on Friday and had 2 winners including Imperial Commander - sick day. Never heard anything like it when Kauto blundered at the 8th - screaming punters, hearts in their mouths - and when he went down - nooooo. Plenty of people were on Imperial Commander and it was electric watching him coming over the last few fences. I was surprised at the ground changing - it hardly rained at all, some light drizzle, certainally not nearly enough to give the cut in the ground Denman needed.

Seems the the most suitable place to post this, even if its to do with flat racing. Sea The Stars has successfully impregnated Zarkava. So that's the last two Arc winners popping out a sprog. Should be a hell of a beast. Interesting to note that Sea the Stars has been booked for 120 mares in his first year at a cost of £76,000a go!! Nice little earner and not exactly the most strenuous of work
