He is either backed or he isn't. You cant make the decision based on a couple of games which are full of variables and uncontrollables. |

As I said in the deleted thread, I've never posted anything like this before. My source at the club has been there for a few years now and I've never bothered asking them for insider knowledge before as I didn't want to be a pain.

Think they must be i think his man is one of the backroom staff the Noble has upset and just wants to cause a bit of upset for him. Player i have spoken to dont call him that some do call him a few names but who can say the have never called there boss a few names behind their back. |

I really do not understand this "Nobby has lost the dressing room" nonsense.
If the players show this kind of disrespect then they should be simply dropped to the reserves, or better still just not chosen.
They are supposed to be professionals.
Frankly whether they "like" a coach or not is irrelevant. They should be expected to perform to their best.
Drop them, and send a signal to other clubs tht these idiots are trouble makers.
Sadly the CC once again rears it's head in this situation- we simply cannot drop them and replace them with players of equal quality. The players have the club over a barrell.
