It’s something that I was told a few weeks ago that we had signed a young HB ( a 6 rather than a 7) who was out of contract for 2025. It’s usually a reliable source so now that we’ve formally announced Hampshire is leaving then maybe this rumour will become a reality. Obviously the source isn’t bomb proof but he’s usually there or thereabouts on new signings or departures.

It’s not the Saints lad that a few have mentioned but comes from a team who “took” one of our star academy forwards a couple of years ago. I suppose we will find out in the next few weeks if the rumour is valid or not.
