Our forwards look totally ineffective, our starting props were really poor for some reason and what Mago was doing when their prop went through him I have no idea. Too many unforced errors and poor defensive reads as well. Peet has a lot of work to do with them in the break - a few rockets are needed because there are some really lazy efforts out there.

In the grand scheme of the season it’s unlikely to matter too much but these displays are so frustrating. We just turn up with a dreadful attitude, bordering on disrespectful and It’s a challenge Peet should be laying down to them, to make them a thing of the past.

We need to look at the half back situation if we aren’t going to give Farrimond any responsibility, it’s bringing the absolute worst out of Smith who is a sitting duck and buckling under any pressure.

Nothing to do with Hull actually playing well?

Hull deserved their win.

Built a lead and hung on.

Does he ever? He’s a pudding in the opposition 20 but does his job in our own. I’d prefer us to improve that position next year to be honest but we have him in the team for the other stuff rather than his finishing.

We didn't deserve to win that - Hull were the better team, looked more like they knew what they were doing. We looked disjointed and all over the place at times, we only seemed to wake up when Hull went down by a man - we actually started to play some rugby then.



I don't think it would be fair to bag any individual players because it was a poor perfromance across the board, odd momemts of good stuff by one or two but far too many below par attempts.We never really got going for 60 minutes.

Some poor performances today. As much as Eckersley has been lauded over recent weeks, he looked out of sorts for most of today and its possibly time to take him out for a week.

I thought Eckersley was one of our better players today, it’s Keighran who needs dropping, him and Miski don’t offer a great deal in attack
