To be fair he was one of out better players against Wakefield and spent a reasonable amount of time of the pitch for his standards.

Not knocking him mate - regardless of how long he spends on the pitch, he always puts a decent shift in, eager to pick the ball and charge with it. Wouldn't do any harm if others had the same commitment, eh?

Very true, good to see Eamon O'Carroll following his lead last week.

I didn't time it but I would estimate he spent around 25-30 minutes on the pitch.

I know he did 18 minutes on his first stint but didnt time the second stint so I reckon about 30+ which is what I would expect from him.

he is more effective with the weight on imo, last season when he dropped the weight, he didn't seem to steamroller over the offence as much, we never saw such barnstorming runs like when he ran over the top of Chris Nero

i think its down to the fact that he eats too many pies

We always go through a patch in a season when everyone turns anti-Feka.
