I have just been talking to a guy in the bowling alley where i live in France. He said his father in law used to play rugby league professionally, for a club in perpignan and also for London. It must have been in the early days of the London club, so Fulham. can anyone remember any French players or do you know where I can find about past players. Wikipedia had little help as did Harlequins site.

Hussein M'Barki springs to mind but he's Moroccan and I've no idea if he has any connection with Perpignan.

Hussain came to us from Cahors, which is North of Toulouse and a good way from Perpignan. I THINK this could be a player called Dazi Abduraham who plyed a few games for us in our last season as Fulham at Crystal Palace, although I'm not sure what part of France he was from.

It must be Julien Rinaldi. Catalans Dragons went professional only four years ago and he is the only player from Catalans to play in England for London. He is about 32.

Sylvain Houles played for Toulouse, and us around 2001, but again he must be about 30, so dad to a small boy?
