I'm in the other stand and you can hardly hear it. Watching back the match on sky last night it sounded like a metal pan being hit with a wooden spoon and was really annoying.

Its not there to sound good for sky viewers its for the crowd who sit on that stand and the majority like it and it gets the crowd going, you've said you cant hear it in the other stand so unless its on sky its not a problem.

The people who are moaning are the ones who " we don't like change" and rigidly stick to the "fartown" as opposed to the Giants. We're the Giants and we've got a cowbell so get used to it and get over yourselves.

I find it far more of a problem that Huddersfield play in front of 4 empty stands than the Cowbell, when watching on tv, no atmosphere whatsoever really takes the life out of the game.

Well never mind- you will have four full sides and plenty of atmosphere on Friday- won’t alter the outcome though.

Do you go to our games? how do you know there's no atmosphere or are you just judging what you hear on tv

That was a simple response to the post earlier in the thread saying that the majority of people liked it. A statement which was also based on no empirical evidence whatsoever.



As for the club liking it that’s probably a negative. All I hear on this board is how stupid the people running the club are and what poor decisions they make. Is promoting the cowbell yet another one ?

I’m giving my opinion as a tv viewer, although have been several times. On tv it appears there is no atmosphere whatsoever, which takes away from the viewing experience. I’m not alone on this, that’s why Sky show so few Huddersfield home games. If we are going to beat or even match the current £200M 5 year deal we have with sky, Huddersfield need to do their bit and do better.

you aren’t giving your opinion as a tv viewer- you are trolling. showing Huddersfield or not is sod all to do with atmosphere. Example saints and FC grounds are like libraries- Wigan too nowadays now a load of the brigantes have been banned. Numbers do not equal atmosphere.

When hudds are away it’s hudds you can hear on the tv not the home crowd- unless it’s wigan or KR booing.
