great weekend for leeds and rangers. even though town lost to a very late goal i believe they played ok and wont be too dissapointed if they can perform to that standard every week

Nope, 2 games without Rhodes and not a sniff of a goal according to my mate, gonna be a real struggle for them i feel .



Wednesday came back form 2-0 down at half time for the 2nd time in a week, drawing 2-2 with Derby.

The worrying thing about Town was that despite the fact they were pretty good throughout, it's yet another stoppage time goal from a set piece. That's been a problem for a number of years.

I like Lee Novak, but don't think his touch is good enough for Champo level, especially when he's asked to play on his own up top. I think they need a centre-forward and a centre-back with a bit of pace before the window closes.

Oh, and Keith Southern will be suspended before August is done. He's a walking yellow card.

nope, but if the rumours are true you may see it around the Fulham area of London

Or Blackburn since Town have agreed an £8 million deal for him.

Courageous decision by their chairman,though doubt their ST holders will see it that way.He knows he can't let his club go down the same route as it did under former owner Rubery.

8 million will be welcome at town.. is it the right move? who knows but 8 mill is a lot of money to turn down for a player

apart from the fact it is only 4.5 million the rest is add ons for the future. I also think selling to one of your rivals for promotion is retrograde step. I could understand if he went to the premiership.

Hmm........interesting regarding Rhodes leaving especially after their god-like chairman insisted absolutely no way would they make the mistakes of the past and sell to a 'divisional rival' - money talked and off he goes - to a team in the same league !!!
