Hope Tonka goes really well for you, he's been a Giant (pun intended) at Fev for the last couple of years. He will be sorely missed at Post Office Road, but deserves his shot at the big time. If you're not using him, can you please DR him back to us?

What's the name of this prop from Whitehaven who Wire snaffled for next season? How do the two of them compare?

It is Chris Hill from Leigh. I spotted him at the begining of the season and contacted the club about him as a potential signing.



Young , big and aggressive reminds me of Hock.



Could be a good signing i reckon but i also though Kyle Amor would be a good signing but he has hardly set the world alight.



Tonks is AFAIK described as the second best prop in the championship after , you guessed it Chris Hill

Tonks didn't make the Dream Team. His team mate Stuart Dickens pipped him. Dickens was at Salford for a season a few years ago IIRC.

yeh griffin going to leeds although not been announced as yet, still had a year on his contract but fell out with the club so told he can go find another club

Did my level 1 badge with Tonks, Matty Dale and Ian Hardman, Tonks was a right laugh and a decent player but not sure he is SL standard, only time will tell but I would rather of seen a class halfback signed and keep Griffin then bring the likes of Fairbank, Sarsfield, and Molloy ect thru as our backup players.

doubt sarsfield will make it hes been pretty poor every time ive seen him
