With ref to Toronto returners what is the possibility of getting AJ, Hoppy and Ryan back?

Well that would be an interesting one to say the least, a few fans would have to have a lot of custard with their humble pie to accept that - reactions way over the top IMO

In the end it’s about building the best team we can for this season with players who are happy to be part-time. As well as returners would like to see some local young players given an opportunity. Once players pull on a Leigh shirt we support them, the Toronto players must have known it would be a limited time deal as SL and NRL level players always on the cards if they get to SL. All depends the way they left and how much they are still bitter about personally would have kept AJ and Hoppy last season.

I would love to see AJ back. He is a great guy and gives 100% every time he is on a Rugby pitch.

I would also be happy to see Ryan back. What ever happened, if the club is willing to have him back, and he is willing to come, then he can give us a huge injection of speed in the middle.

Bottom line. If a players wants to pull on our shirt and put his body on the line, giving their all, then I'll support them.

I have and always will support Leigh.

Can understand all the ones from the SL season being aggrieved having their contracts terminated. Not a nice thing to happen to you. The ones who have returned so far chose to go or didn’t have contracts renewed so not as tough a departure. Prob a lot of pursuasion needed for AJ and Hoppy.

Craig Mullen at Wigan would fit the bill for me. Very good reputation at Junior level incl International honours. Scored a couple of tries on loan at Swinton at back end of last year. He’ll struggle to get a game at full back or wing in current Pies team.
