What I've not seen discussed about the qualifying 8's is the importance of points difference. With only 7 games this could be important, as it acts as an extra vital point. So if we do get on top against the other Championship sides, especially those part time, make our superior fitness count. This definitely applies to us when we play Halifax and Sheffield for our 4th and 5th matches, by when both these teams might be feeling the strain.

Fax have the 2nd best defence in the league, its pretty unlikely they are going to start shipping tons of points. Our problem is more than likely going to be scoring enough against full time opposition. It will be interesting to see how Leigh and Bradford go though because I still think there is a difference between full time SL and full time championship but we will see, infact its going to be great to see how all the champ teams hold up playing tough opposition each week.

Points difference will probably decide some of the finishing positions,although i think its how the Champ clubs perform against the SL clubs rather than Champ v Champ.

I think all Champ clubs are expecting to lose some games against SL clubs,its how close you can keep the score though which could prove the difference.

I feel like we're more likely to score points against Wakefield than Halifax...... This won't be an easy League to get promoted in!!! One or two bad games will cost you!!

I disagree! I can see cancelling out of results that will benefit others that will play more of a part than points difference,so a one or two loss won't count for much.

Its getting exciting isn't it.
