Seemed to be quite a popular suggestion a while back on here - not all one sided of course but still. What does everyone think about this still?

I'm actually putting us b4 City on Sunday which is rare when they cross over. I favour the Saturday evening KO as I get to see both, plus the night out after too.

I'd prefer them personally as they'd release me to do a lot more work on Sundays.

I'd have them

It might suit some folk but it`s a total non-starter from my viewpoint. It`d also make my ST a waste of £140.

Friday nights would decimate the away support, so that should be an ideal time for our ko .....the minimal impact .

I'd put us before City as well.

why cant they just go back to saturday for soccer and sunday for rugby?

Because it means I don't have a weekend

Don't our players have other (proper?) Monday -Friday jobs?

Doesn't stop Thursday night Sky games?



Half 6 on a Saturday would be my choice, personally.

The occasional TV game is different from committing to every week.

I'd have preferred Saturday evening games. Didn't someone do a poll about this? As usual our pleas fell on deaf ears.

Sundays is for RL and it's going to be sunny this sunday.

Actually RL was originally played on Saturdays wasn't it? It was moved to Sundays to stop clashing with Football.

i believe the programme for this is much sought after with those who frequent the programme fairs...

I like sunday games but not to bothered if we played any other day as it still depends what shift i am on whether i can go or not.

It'll happen!! When they admit half a dozen more French SL wanabees into the Championship!







Of course, it will be disastrous for the programme. The way many of our contributors struggle (and fail sometimes!

) to get copy in for Sunday's deadlines, there's no hope of trying to educate them into doing things a day earlier - and as for Thursday games..........................!

Sunday's for me please - I get too 'plastered' after a Saturday night game because I know I have no work the day after - just ask frankb he's a witness!

Nothing wrong with Sundays
