Just out of interest..What Salary Cap dispensation did Toronto get?

The salary cap in UK RL ( all 3 leagues ) is 1.8 million providing you can afford it without borrowing

Toronto where given dispensation,does that mean they can exceed the SC limit without penalty? Something similar to the dispensation of the Bradford players being taken on board!

They I assume can afford and therefore can spend the same as us , which if that is the rules isn't a problem

No it doesn't , the rules are , if you can afford it without borrowing it , you can spend it , it benifitted us last year , if it benefits any other club this year it isnt an issue for anybody

'IF' & a big 'If' Brough goes to Canada then Giants will fall to bits & most likely then end up in the Q8's, if so then we should be safe as Giants without Danny Forehead are midgets.
