I think the Wheeler acquisition, will give us extra cover for various back positions. With the new league format for next season, there will NOT be the same opportunity, to rest players, as has happened in the last couple of seasons because the pressure will be to finish as high in the table, as possible.

Hence I see his role, & Gareth OBrien`s, being as squad players. Only time will tell whether Gary Wheeler will be a success at Wire......I assume that his contract will have a playing bonus clause, loaded in Warrington`s favour if his career is still blighted by injury? There has been a lot of hilarity from our St Helens` friends regarding him being signed by Wire. I certainly haven't heard anything other than on here about Myler. Haven't heard about Cronk either, only to say that it was interesting that from who initially broke, and the story the noises Oz were making about it.
