Picking Russell as sub. shows our lack of depth. He is never an ideal sub.

Walker, Currie, Kasiano and Thewlis excellent, moments of brilliance and moments of real sloppiness especially in defence.



At the start of the season Marshall was my unsung hero for what he had done with the defence - whatever it was, we need to get back to it.

Think Green shown he should not have been left on the bench last week.

Some good carries by Green today & the forwards stood tall . I thought Bullock was like Chris Hill at his best ,we just need to get the backs linking up with the forward platform. We seem ,as always , short of ideas close to the line & our only attack is passing from wing to wing & back again in the hope that somebody comes up with an idea. How about plays where attackers are put through gaps to take on the line? What's happened to our sliding defence the kept opponents from scoring? Sort our defence out & winning will be easier.

Negatives - we can't defend, we can only seem to attack effectively from our own half

This, we do so much hard work and then let it be undone so cheaply with really soft defence.

I'm glad somebody has picked up on currie, he's so often derided on here but still one of our better players IMO. We have too few forwards who look to get the ball away, for me currie is our most dangerous forward with ball in hand. He worked hard to cover for ratchford tonight who got found out big time for pace. I don't understand people not wanting to re-sign currie, i dont think we will find better available to recruit.



Walker was brilliant, green and bullock had a great stint as well. Relieved with the 2 points, not convinced at all though.

I know ratchford as his critics but his goal kicking as proved to be priceless without him we'd of lost today

We would've been 18 points clear if it wasn't for his tackling!

I've praised Ratchford's defence all year but no idea wtf was going on today, they targeted him and it kept working.
