there is nothing ironic about a no smoking sign on your cigarette break. Thats just bad luck, now if you worked in a cigarette factory and there was a no smoking sign on your cigarette break, that would be Ironic. This song is full of things that are more about bad luck than Irony.When she sang that song she proved that Americans really don't understand Irony.

Canada is part of North America as are the United States.

Therefore she can be classed as Canadian or American.............in the same way as I could be classed as English, British or European.

Ged Byrne? Funniest Wiganer I've seen.

Great character is Ged. he did a good job with the Wigan academy a couple of years back, but left as he wanted to spend more time with his family.

Ah Ged Byrne, the man who wouldn't join Wigan's full-time ethos as he refused to give up his job as a window cleaner.
My favourite Ged Byrne anecdote was the one when John Monie was going round the dressing room at half time reading out the tackle count of each player, he got to Ged and started giving him a rocket for having only made 2 tackles in the half. Ged's reply was "coach....would you run at me?"
