I can see what you mean. He will be judged by his track record at the Warriors and some will say he could have done better. But as a coach you must remember that he was a major player in the Roosters coaching set up when they made the Grand Finals in the early part of the last decade. A good analyst and tactician from what I've heard.
I'd have given that Georgalis or whatever he's called the rest of this year first. He's 2 from 2 and what if they go on and make a good run at the finals and then gets the boot for an underperforming Cleary.
