Call me a masochist but I'd be intrigued to hear people's views on this. One thing it has made me realise is that it has at least been a while since we were utterly abject.

I think the best results pick themselves - Hudds h, Leeds a, Cas h, Wigan cc, Saints h in pretty much that order.

In fact, Salford might actually be the worst result we've had in my time watching. Yeah, this might be an obsolete thread already, unless we use it to decide when was the last time we had a worse result than getting gubbed at Salford by fifty? Worse than Burnden Park IMO. Could it be the single worst result since 1964?

It's up there. The thrashing at Bolton in 92 was from a superb side containing some genuine all time great players. It's really not comparable with the Salford fiasco since Salford didn't have Offiah, Miles, Gregory, Edwards etc.



It stands out as the worst I've seen since I started watching and I don't pre-date you by much. Looking back beyond that into the 70s and 60s it does stick out badly.

Why is the away fixture to KR not on here. The problem we have had is losing to the teams around us. Take 2 points of KR and give em to us then we have a great shout to get in play offs. KR away it was like we didn't hleven have a centre or a winger on the feild!

Yesterday was dire, but wire (no disrespect to Salford) are a top side.

I went with Wire yesterday A) because its sent me into therapy and B) Because by alll accounts two people turned up to a "must win" game, against a side minus three of its best players.

Wire away. But Hudds away was close. We were two tries down without even touching the ball. With players falling over each other. At least Wire are a top side.

Is Fax away the "worst" win ever? Got to be up there

I know going down 56-16 at Salford is embarrassing but at least we gave them a game for the first 20 minutes.



Yesterday it was game over from the kick off. Warrington 64-6 Bradford is the winner.

Salford A followed V V Closely by the absolutely pathetic effort seen on the BBC by millions.

There has been plenty of contenders this year. Cas away was incredibly frustrating for me. To get into a 12 point lead TWICE and still manage to throw the game away was bloody awful. We should have won that game but our own errors gifted Cas possession.



Wire was about as bad as it can get but I didn't expect a win from that game in all honesty. Salford was also incredibly poor, we simply surrendered after going a few scores down. I think I best leave it there... I can feel my anger rising as I type!!
