I agree give Kez a shot, take a leaf out of Cas' book it did'nt do the young lads there any harm.
It would be good experience and also a big confidence boost to play first team rugby for him. |

I'd not particularly thought effort was a problem before last night, but now I'd have to say that a kick up the backside from being dropped might do a few players some good (though would they be that bothered?).
Unfortunately, however brilliant these youngsters are, they are still going to come into a side playing to the same gameplan and tactics (ie none).

Just thought I'd butt in on your forum seeing as FC come to Odsal next week. As has been well reported since the beginning of last season our team was decimated by injuries from pre season onward so they had no choice but play plenty of the lads. Yes it was a struggle as everyone knows but we're certainly going to reap the benefits from now on. We still have five or six first choice players to come back into the side right now but we can hardly tell !! It proves that long term, youth introduction and development really does work we should have a good season hopefully. Best of luck for the season y'all except for next week obviously. Sometimes big benefits come out of adversity eventually !!

Maybe try a couple of the young lads - Crookes, Donaldson but not 5 or 6 of them - that would be suicide and as Asim said - same game plan
