O'Neill knocked out Paul Hulme while trying to clock Gary Lord.
If you look carefully at one point, you'll see Joe Grima commit four seperate sin-binnable fouls in three seconds at one play-the-ball, each one discreet and quick enough for a referee to miss. He truly was an evil genius.
That Aukland game was like Rollerball. Hazy memories of the details but wasn't it a 25-25 draw or something with half-a-dozen in the bin and one of the Rayne twins thoroughly losing his rag and getting sent off? |

If memory serves at that Widnes game, Moriarty copped a late, high shot from Maskell as he was held in the tackle a few minutes before, and then went looking for retribution. Poor Hugh just happened to be the poor sap in blue and amber.
