| Quote gizempo="gizempo"I’m not sure he was making Inman the scapegoat. I think most of us were undecided about who should partner LJ after the St Helens game. Tom played very well that evening, so it was no surprise that he was given another go at half back, meaning we kept JWH at his better position of FB where he is more dangerous coming into the line. But I think Tom struggled to have much impact, he also kicked the ball away twice in good field position early on in the game. Too much was then expected of LJ. We definitely missed Keyes’ organisation and he is also our best better kicker from in the field of play.
Whilst I think we lost some of our intensity around the ruck after the first 30 mins, it was the mistakes that really cost us. Even their first try came from a fumbled kick and subsequent scrum. Had JWH dealt with those kicks better and we weathered that pressure, then who knows, but it would have meant Batley having to chase the game rather than us.'"
Thank you- exactly what I meant. Inman is a young player with more experience at hooker than in the halves, but on seasons form so far I'd have him in the team every week - just at hooker, in the knowledge that he could fill in at half to cover injuries

Problem is people like you only appear in a negative sense and offer no intelligent counter argument, I actually agree with some of florimos arguments and he speaks a lot of sense , the last time you made a suggestion it was some ludicrous idea to get Kyle amor in to recruit some land of the giant non existent props and if anyone offered an intelligent response they were apparently a clown .

| I think Simon has suffered from both the loss of his brother/Fiunn and from any recruitment direction from an experienced Board member.
At the start of the season I said i didn't think he should continue in his job and be replaced, I still think that.
More importantly second level rugby looks the ONLY future for the club without substantial investment and increase in Crowds in next year or two under IMG's proposals, so playing budget in future may be considerably lower than now (we are far from alone in this),

| Seems we can only sign players we've had before now..Maher,Lannon,Fleming,Douglas-none of which were spectacular previously-as when we go for potential upgrades Springer, king,Doro the coach takes an instant dislike.Something drastic needs to change in our recruitment policy.

| I was only refering to the more recent forward signings as this is where the problem lies IMO.
I accept Gee was an excellent signing-the only forward who impressed me at York.

| The pack only fails when theydon’t stick to the game plan , Murray , calcott , lannon etc are all more effective when their not knackered from us overplaying and making mistakes causing us to defend more leading to fatigue. We need leaders to carry out Grixs’ instructions and keep a cool head .

| Both Springer and King wanted away for different reasons. I think Lannon looks the part now. Doro is still young and a work in progress. You need to look after young forwards.
Can anyone suggest names that would improve the squad and that are likely to be available? I am sure the board would be interested in any suggestions. As I have said before ...... money......
We have two great halves who were brought in by Grix, probably the most exciting pair outside super league. Lets build on what we have.
