For the record, the opening post was wholly accurate and even the government minister has felt the need for the debacle that he presided over.

The decision for students not to sit exams this year, due to Covid19, which was exactly right, was taken 4 months ago.

However, the total inability of those in charge to sort out the mess has taken too long.

Even now, decisions have been taken based on the downgraded results which prevent some students from getting to the better universities or, their first choice.

This is not jealousy on my part, it's black and white fact and it seems that I was right on this one.
