That’s what I mean. I was just thinking what would encourage me and others to buy. You have to create a product that generates demand and this would imo.
That said I see PTs point. Whether it’s cost effective is another question but for every person like me there’ll be others who prefer the electronic scrolling on phone pre match.
This has got me thinking onto how we can improve the pre match technology element.
How can we get people like PT who would like an electronic programme or content pre match?
Could we sell digital programmes at the ground?
Could we create pre match specific interview, comment and digital wallpaper for purchase pre match to provide exclusive behind the scenes access to paywall content that can be watched pre game.
Would selling access to a high speed high quality Internet access, perhaps with all the benefits TH mentions above, be of interest? I've got 5G on my phone, but at the game it slows to a crawl presumably because of bandwidth issues (don't ask me what that means, that's what a young person told me!).

Too many people in one small area all trying to access the available internet/reception. Its a very hard problem to solve and in most sporting grounds have the same issue. Not a Belle Vue issue per se

Think of it like a 6” sewage pipe servicing Belle Vue, it’s adequate 90% of the time but on match days an extra 5,000 people are flushing the loo so the pipe struggles to let it all through. Hope that imagery helps your understanding
Agbrigg has always been (and still is) terrible for reception. In my former life both me and my colleagues used to spend quite a bit of time in Agbrigg but we always struggled to get any sort of reception down there and it clearly hasn't improved since. We rarely get a signal at Belle Vue and it is only when we get back on to Barnsley Road that any of us get a signal.

We are in the digital age afterall.
I get where you’re coming from regarding the digital age, but…..When you change your phone, lap top, tablets etc you’ll need to transfer your past purchases over, plus when new technology comes along the old format will be redundant. Paper is still good, you can always return 20yrs later (and more) for a read.
I was hoping the club would bring out a celebration package of this season, a celebration magazine with a DVD, plus a download version for people to remember this season

Do they even still sell DVD players?
A dog is not considered a good dog because he is a good barker. A man is not considered a good man because he is a good talker - Buddha

It would certainly be nice to have some form of memorabilia for this season.
I am thinking along the lines of….
A special edition playing shirt for Xmas - with detail of all 3 x competitions won. With option of framing for extra cost.
To be honest I can’t remember last time I used a dvd/vhs. It’s all streaming now and that technology is pretty much under the ground.
