Tesi Nui was the other and it appears we've gone for him rather than Sivo according to press reports.
Going off press reports, the confirmed outgoing list and the odd hunch(I reckon Luis Roberts will be back next year to replace Nisbet), this is where i think we're at with 4 still unconfirmed from the 33 Chester mentioned in my list:
1 David Armstrong* 2 Umyla Hanley 3 Darnell McIntosh 4 Tesi Nui* 5 Josh Charnley 6 Matt Moylan* 7 Lachlan Lam 8 Aaron Pene* 9 Edwin Ipape* 10 Rob Mulhern 11 QUOTA TBC* 12 Frankie Halton 13 Isaac Liu*
14 Brad Dwyer 15 Owen Trout 16 Matt Davis 17 Jack Hughes
18 Gaz O'Brien 19 Ben McNamara 20 Keanan Brand 21 Brad Martin 22 Louis Brogan 23 Luis Roberts 24 Dan Norman 25 Nathan Wilde 26 Bailey Hodgson 27 AJ Towse 28 Jack Derbyshire 29 Kavan Rothwell 30 Andy Badrock 31 TBC 32 TBC 33 TBC
I think of the 3 non-quota TBC we need at least 2 forwards and at least one of them should be an experienced, front line one to be pushing into the 17

Dunno, but there have been a couple of head-scratchers recently. One such is the club’s announcement of their expectation of the upcoming release of IMG’s club by club ratings (15.24) and, therefrom, rankings. The season is not over - we are in the play-offs. There are therefore rating points still to be gathered or lost.
At least there are according to pages 17 & 59 of IMG’s Handbook:
Leigh’s (three year average) League Rating as of October last year (2021 (relegation year) 12th, 2022 (promotion year) 13th & 2023 5th) was 3.0004. That, however, was bolstered by a (one season only) bonus of 0.25pts for winning The Challenge Cup - 3.2504pts).
This season, Leigh enter the play-offs in 5th after the scheduled 27 rounds.
Should Leigh lose on Friday and Saints win the following day, Leigh would be placed 6th by IMG for a 3 year average of 3.2222 (and no bonus); a drop of 0.0282.
Should both above-mentioned teams lose at the weekend, Leigh would retain fifth place: 3.2593 - thereby offsetting the loss of our CCup holders’ bonus with a gnat’s wotsit to spare
Were Leigh to beat Salford on Friday, we would be guaranteed 4th - 3.2963.
THE POINT IS that the “minor tweak” (that should NOT happen mid-season!!) may be merely to rate on placings after 27 rounds.
We’ll see.

Another possibility: the club by club scores were based on 36 being in the top three echelons. There are only 35 now. An according adjustment of the scores out of a maximum score for this area would see ALL remaining clubs get slightly more points - the gap place on place, however, would increase infinitessimally.
That, for Bongser, would be an excusable mid-season tweak.
